Shipping policy

ORDERS + SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 2 PM Eastern Time will be processed following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Ground orders are processed within 2 business days.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and may require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods is passed on to you.

UPS Ground Shipping (within the US): 3-6 business days
UPS: 2ND Day Air: 2 business days
UPS Standard Overnight Delivery (within the US): 1 business day
International Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Maison Mayle is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free shipping on all orders over $500. We offer global shipping through our shipping partner, DHL. The customer is responsible for all customs and duties.
