RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

We only accept returns on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and accompanied by all original packaging and which is returned in a timely basis as required below.

All online return requests must receive approval before our shop can accept a return. In-store purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are required to ship merchandise back to Maison Mayle for a refund. Your refund will be processed after we receive the items.

ACCEPTED COURIERS:

You must use UPS, DHL or FEDEX
USPS does not deliver to our our store.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

International returns must use the DHL label provided to you by us. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate
and process the return. Please keep tracking number on record until the refund
confirmation email is received.

 

RETURNS IN STORE

For your convenience, we now accept returns for online orders at our 33 Great Jones store. You must bring both the merchandise and order number in order for us to process. All returns must be made within the 7 day grace period noted above.
