You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase through our returns portal using your email address and order number, or through your orders dashboard if you have an account with us. Your return will be reviewed and approved within 36 hours, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST. (Holidays excluded) All return requests must receive email approval before our shop can accept a return.
If the customer requests a package hold at an access point or other location, the 7 day return period will start from the date the order becomes available for pickup.
Customers are required to ship or bring merchandise back to Maison Mayle. You can choose either to purchase a pre-paid UPS label through us, or ship the items yourself. Maison Mayle is not responsible for any self-shipped packages not received. Insuring the full value of your shipment is strongly advised. For both pre-paid and self-paid labels, please ship your return item within 5 days of approval.

In the event the package is lost, we require the tracking number to locate and process the return. Please keep your tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received.
Once your return is received by us and meets the requirements listed above, your refund will process to the payment method used at checkout. If you selected store credit in the returns portal you will receive a gift card through email.
We offer a one-time complimentary outbound shipping per item exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. If you have any questions concerning fit or styling, please email us at shop@maisonmayle.com within the 7 day return window.
