The Joeldi blouse has arrived for an instant dressing up of anything it is paired with. Two rows of angled ruffles across the collarbone are trimmed with French lace trim and finish into a placket at the neckline with a gold cameo button at the neck closure and another at the placket's tab front. The lace also trims the blouse's collar, cuff and sleeve inserts. A yoke keeps the silhouette slim and tailored through the shoulders to control and contrast with the fuller volume through the body and sleeve. The lace trimmed ruffle at the sleeves' end has an elasticated tunnel for ease of wearing at elbow or wrist.
