The 18K gold plated necklace can either come complete with black enamel surrounding the central golden cameo coin or showcase contrasting metals in the Argento/Oro variation. Both have black lambskin woven throughout which stops short of the adjustable back of neck chain links and hook. Minimum/maximum necklace circumference provided upon request. Fabricated in the U.S.A.
