Two tiers of ruffles make up each sleeve and their flutter, along with the combination of fabrics and front ties with tassels and beads, give the dress its undeniable holiday feel. Practical measures include side seam pockets and a front skirt placket that can be unbuttoned to determine how little or much leg to show.
