All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders received before 2pm Eastern Time will be processed same business day. Ground orders are processed within 2 business days.  International shipping available via DHL.

To request a return please email info@maisonmayle.com within 5 days of receiving your purchase.  All online return requests must receive email approval before our shop can accept a return. In-store purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
