Caribbea Blazer

While it looks like a knit, the leopard print Caribbea Blazer was created from Guipure galloon lace and makes anything it gets close to that much more joyous and tropical.  Unlike its sister style, the shorter Caribbea Cardi, which boasts a scalloped hem at both body and sleeve, the Blazer version is longer with a more polished tuxedo feel and was designed to create a suit of sorts with the Chappy Flair in the same lace.  The blazer not only has contrast lapels, patch pocket finishing and yoke binding made from our Crown of Flowers silk print but a turn back sleeve cuff too.  Signature Mayle cameo buttons hold the lapels in place while the cardi sits open at center front rather than closing.  The back of the blazer has a vent.  The blazer is unlined and best over a camisole, anything else strappy and bare or a favorite old t-shirt, that is until the Fall comes along and with it, all new ways of layering the blazer beautifully.
